Once you have received your order / request / we will reply to you within a few hours. We will then arrange a contract between us where we both agree on mutual terms regarding delivery timeline, shipping, warranty, after sales support, pricing and payment structure.
For online orders, we do not need a purchase order, you can buy and pay directly at the checkout. And then your order will be delivered to your address within a week.
However, for offline orders via “Request Quote or Email” we require a signed purchase order and a written agreement for payment. It is for our own record and to make a purchase valid and secure the interests of both parties.

We deliver for free. Yes that's right, we usually don't add separate shipping and handling charges. If the package is between 30-70 kg, delivery is free. However, if your order weighs more than this, it will cost a small amount which we will add to the quote. You get the clear cost in the quote and no hidden fees.
We can deliver the order to your address if you want or you can choose your order from our office at Network Distri, 25 City Road, London EC1Y 1AA, United Kingdom.
Our opening hours are 9-5 from Monday to Friday. If we receive your order within business hours and after payment verification, we will process your order for further action within the same day.
Usual time to receive your delivery is 3-4 days if in stock depends on location. And 1-2 weeks for items not in stock. We offer express fast delivery method which costs you a little extra but it will ensure that you get the item within the minimum time frame.
